We are proud to say that all of the meat products sold on our menu are made from high quality, locally sourced meat and are prepared in our own on-site Butchery.

All of our pork, sausages, bacon and gammon are made using Blythburgh Free Range Pork, our beef is Aberdeen Angus or Hereford Cross and all of , lamb, chicken, turkey and organic free range eggs are supplied by local farms.

So, you can be assured that when we state on our menu that our dishes are homemade, that is exactly what they are. Our chefs are constantly developing Café Verdes unique range of sausage and burger recipes and other fresh and inspirational dishes.
